The International Association of Christian Counselors (I.A.C.C.) offers training and certification to support others in the time of need. Many of our members serve as Chaplains for secular institutions to support their staff members in times of need. What is a Chaplain? - a member of the clergy attached to a private chapel, institution, ship, branch of the armed forces, etc. There is a need for those who are trained to serve the needs of people in times of uncertainty, crisis, death of loved ones, and to provide encouragement comfort and minister peace. CERTIFIED COUNSELOR PACKAGE

Candidates must meet the following minimum standards: (1) Must be at least 35 years of age, (2) must have at least a Masters Degree in a ministry related field of study, (3) must complete our three course Certificate in Christian Counseling program and (4) have at least three years of verifiable Pastoral or Counseling Experience, and (5) three references with email addresses to verify experience.
